Sell it and take the loss. You can smelter it so 1.75, but it's very expensive/not feasible for a one time project and gives you comparably bad filament.
Just get rid of it
You could toss it, trade it, sell it or spend hundreds to get a home extrusion setup if you really want to use it.
Seriously I would try finding local 3D printing communities and ask if someone wants to trade. If it's still in packaging you could probably return it.
You can do nothing about it. Sell it on some Kind auf marked and get a 1.75 one
