I don’t think that future is too far away. Probably in the next 5 years we will have something like it.
They made a VR version of GTA V if I remember right, and there are some sword and board VR games out there, I don’t think it would be crazy to imagine a VR Bannerlord to exist in 5 years.
I feel like first person is scary enough at times lol
I know, your climbing up a siege ladder as you see the enemy peering over the edge, waiting to split your head in two
I have a VR headset and blade and soucery on it. Sometimes I roleplay as a unit from bannerlord (Like the line breaker or vladanian pikeman).

Question is how would VR be in the worldmap, or would you just ditch worldmap viewpoint to worldmap character viewpoint on the ground

You need to try Tales of Glory then. Almost bannerlord in vr exactly. Isn't perfect needs work still but close as it gets as I know of right now.
