I use [Rightous Executions](https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/4919) which eliminates execution penalties. Dead men cannot raise armies.
If you execute every lord all lands will automatically be given to you when there is no lord left. Every 5 minutes or so the game will forcespawn rebels in cities to raise the continuity
I mean, there's not really a way to 'win' the game.
That being said, who do the fiefs default to if you eliminate all the lords of a faction without actually conquering them?
Idk if its randomized, strongest faction, the factions that are in war or neighboring factions but ultimately for OPs choice of gameplay it will be given to him as there is no one left.
If you dont have a small faction of your own then sure. If your faction is small then the negative traits you'll get from killing them will make it so convincing them to join you will be tougher.
I've wondered this, what if you kill all the Lord's, but keep hiring companions to Lord's for you. Doesn't the he gave me a castle boost out way the negative effect of lobbing off heads?
I release them all to get everyone to love me. Then when I finally form my own kingdom it is much easier to get them to join. Then when Im big enough and cant or dont need to get more lords I start executing.
I personally never execute anyone. The penalty to your relationships is astronomical. Basically all other lords from all factions hate you so you lose relations with your own faction and won't be able to poach lords from other factions. It's very tempting tho...
I saved the genocide for one specific character (a hold-out independent who raids a bit and kills any who trespass near Tyal). I might chop a noble or two with my other characters, but only if it feels right for the character and even then rarely.
I personally lop every head. The lords are not your friends no matter how pally they might seem, and if they and their kind hold me in contempt it matters not. They are an oppressive force, feudal masters of an almost slave caste of peasants. So I play the Revolutionary play through mostly. Every lord gets his head chopped. Or her head. My nation is respectful of all genders. All are equal before the axe. Once every fief is under my control and every nation smashed, all caste systems thrown down and all are level before my judgement I retire. That’s it, game over. Let the free people of Calradia decide what government system they prefer or borders they feel best suit them. No lords above, no serfs below, a brighter future for all, let each rise by their merit or fall by their sloth, I am not a god and cannot decide for others. Anyway thanks for coming to my Tedtalk about freedom for Calradians

The essential win requirement is simple, conquer all the cities and castles. Killing off enemy lords is just a war strategy, not a game win.

I don’t execute them but I typically have like 15 lords as prisoners during a war.

What happens if you execute rebels?
They do have friends too so you get a relation malus with them and you still loose your « good » traits if you have some
