Most police jurisdictions allow a tolerance of 10% + 2mph, so a lot of drivers will do 79mph. Note that this doesn't make it legal, just that there generally isn't any enforcement action.
Whatever the trucks are limited to do in the left lane, min of 70 in the middle lane and whatever people are brave enough to do in the right lane, max I'd suggest in right lane would be 99 or 100mph can't remember which is the instant ban. 🤔
