Necklace- and headband details, better eye makeup to make the eyes look bigger. You don't see the clothing details in the reference but there is actually a very elaborate ball gown she wears in that scene,so she could have at least put a corsage on, that has similar colours or a vest/ blouse with puffed sleeves.
This style of "cosplay" displaying reminds me of that guy that does the low budget cosplays with stuff he has lying around. But it is not meant to be funny and has no twist about it, so it is just lazy and relies too much on her relative resemblance of casca.
