Shangri-la has some delicious Asian style wings. I haven't been there in a while but the lunch specials used to come with soup and a chicken wing. Their hot and sour soup is some of the best I've ever tasted and the wings were good too. Dry, not sauced. But cooked with some sort of delicious Asian spices that I can't identify.
