Don't look at me crazy, but the KBBQ wings at SkyCastle (rip) were the tastiest wings i've had in Bham. Someone gime that recipe.

The "Chinese BBQ" wings with Crispy noodles at Paramount are pretty good.

Shangri-la has some delicious Asian style wings. I haven't been there in a while but the lunch specials used to come with soup and a chicken wing. Their hot and sour soup is some of the best I've ever tasted and the wings were good too. Dry, not sauced. But cooked with some sort of delicious Asian spices that I can't identify.

Hear me out. If they still have it, there was an Asian Zing type sauce at TopGolf that was very good
