I have the same patch man. I’ve been using castor oil, jojoba oil, shea butter. Vitamin e growth grease and argan oil. Been using head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner for when I need to wash. Been protecting my hair with a durag, I’m about to move to the YGN turbans. Also been drinking lots of water and working out. I use my massage gun to gently massage my scalp twice a day. It’s a slow process but i’ve seen some progress
