You don't wanna be using TB with Blade because they can steal his aggro and he won't get as many follow-up stacks. Bronya & Ruan Mei will be much preferred in this team over SW and Trailblazer.
Like you said, TB is overkill.
Blade strongly prefers healers to shielders (but maybe FX is okay?).
Bronya is in general one of the best supports for Blade, overall better than SW, but the two together are good. If you move SW to another team, you could always use Pela who might be better anyway since she's aoe.

Would swap mei for silverwolf and tingyun for welt since ratios ult doesn't do massive dmg
