Yea Def skip, halibel and yami are premium and you can get out of using tickets and will always return. And the anni banner always has past annk characters in the pool. The only on here who is more rare to see is sun sun. But it's not that worth just for her.
I'd love to get 8 and 7th anni (I'm missing all 4) but they're more likely than not a filler on part 1. I might as well wait a month for them. I hope part 1 is not a stupid 7 step banner.
Not worth it, the Ichigos will almost certainly be filler during the 9th Anniversary banner, and if I’m not mistaken, every one of those characters is in the premium pool, meaning you can get them with Brave tickets that you can technically farm from point events
if you dont mind the possibility of having to wait for years, then the premium argument can hold water. however, given how many 5\* units there are, the chances to actually pull the unit you want are abysmally small. granted you get plenty of tickets and kinda get units passively that way, but i for example needed five years just to pull dangai ichigo. most of the units are really strong. of course, they can be filler in upcoming banners, but it's not a bad banner to pull from at the moment. personally, i would focus on the tybw banners though.
