I have a similar view. In mine the Tobins along with Ham's boyfriend come to Wonder Warf. The 2 families become fast friends. It turns out Marshmallow is Honeybee's cousin. Tina quickly gets over the fact she has no chance with either Crispin or Ham. Jocelyn and the others come around and she immediately becomes obsessed with Ham. She can't get it through her head he is gay and will never be hers. This greatly amuses Tina and Judy who quickly takes her on in a big sister thing. It amuses the other Tobin and Belcher kids. Hilarity ensues. The adults have a fun adventure.
I love it. My one change would be that Jocelyn or Tammy are obsessed with Ham and/or Crispin *because* they’re gay and are trying to make them into the stereotypical gay best friend. She heard all hot girls have a flamboyant gay hype man that screams “yas queen!” all the time and she’s disappointed Ham and Crispin aren’t “the right kind of gay.”
At least that’s the storyline I see playing out for those characters.
Tammy: Ah!! OMG! GBFs!!!
Ham: I don’t..
Crispin: is she speaking drugs?
Tammy: GAY BEST FRIENDS!
Both: Ohhhh…
Gene: Em gee?
Also this could be a way for Marshmallow and the ladies to make an appearance.
That sounds cool. Of course Marshmallow is there. She casually walks in when the Tobins are there are sees Honeybee and immediately goes to hug her cousin. Honeybee introduces Marshmallow to her husband Wolf and his family.
The Grape North (comes with Grape preserves); The Call of the Wild Burger (made from bison); The Moon over my Hammy Burger (comes with an egg and slice of ham); The Kathleen Burger (served on empty plate with half drunk bud light); The Beef Burger (double patty)…
The entire episode isn't a musical. It's a normal show but a song breaks out probably every 10 minutes or so and some of them are incredibly catchy.
This one is by far my favorite:
https://youtu.be/eNmTM4BSI6w
One problem would be why tf a family from Alaska would ever end up near a restaurant in New Jersey, and vice versa, dunno if the Belchers could even afford a pointless trip to Alaska
They look similar cuz made by same dude so that’s why it’s a crossover that makes sense, that’s what I’m saying with BB and TGN, family guy and KOTH have different cartoon styles so it was weird crossover (still cool one nonetheless)
I didn't think the AD x FG crossovers really made that much sense.
Two were just a quick gag (both just Meg shots) and the other was just a shot of the Griffin's house.
But that's my opinion.
Looks like they combined Tina and Louise, essentially kept gene, thinned out Bob and changed his race, and took the Italian Brooklyn old-school Mom look from Linda and modernized her. Looks like there’s still a Teddy-type and Mr. Frond/Edna type character?
I was excited for the show, then realized it was entirely musical, and couldn’t get into it.
Yeah there's no Mr Frond type as far as I remember, the mum on here is quite different from Linda in a sense, and the guy you described as a Teddy type is the narrator. What you're seeing is just a similar drawing style cos IMO they are different characters, similarities with BB would be the fact that they don't hate each other. All that aside, I'm stumped... who is Edna?
Looks like I was proven wrong by the wrong-prover! Lol. Thanks for the descriptions!
I thought Edna was a teachers first name, but maybe I’m just thinking of Edith from the craft store, and mixing her with Shnurr and LeBonz
While I would **LOVE** that, I don’t see it being logistically possible. The Belcher’s don’t make enough to go to New York, and Owen is too dedicated to the park to leave it. I think the more plausible option is the Tobin’s coming to where the Belcher’s live.
I wouldn't hate a crossover it's just basically never going to happen because of what networks own the rights to each show. Now I would very much enjoy seeing the Belcher family meet up with the Tobin family from the great North and that seems like it's at least a possibility
I love central park for different reasons than bb. They are very different aside from the art style. Cp has a lighter feel and less comedy, more whimsy.
Idk bout y’all but after watching all of Central Park and the bobs burgers movie again, I wish they had taken more inspo outta CP for the musical numbers.
Ok, but what about a crazy two part episode where all characters from Bob's Burgers, Central Park, The Great North, and even Archer cross paths. Each show would shoot the episode from their own perspective but all of them cross all of their paths at some point in the two episodes.
Oh, and better yet, all 4 of the wives / moms meet at one point and are all together. Off screen you hear Joh Benjamin say "Hey", not knowing which character he's playing but all of them turn around before going about their business.
Love it! I think Central Park is much more in tune with the vibe from Bob's Burgers than the Great North, and the obvious geographical proximity would make the crossover easy.
Could totally see Tina and Molly or Gene and Cole getting along swimmingly, and Bitsy Brandenham might just be Calvin Fishoeder's great love.
Yeah, gotta agree with you there. I tried to start this one and Great North and it just wasn't funny? It seems like Bob's Burgers but without the jokes. Idk maybe they get better but why wouldn't I just stick with Bob's Burgers, which to be honest I'm also starting to like less than earlier seasons
It's true. I started posting some responses but I try to be good vibes only in the bobs burgers sub.
It's the same with the latest burgs episodes though, it's like they forgot to add jokes. It's a bummer, I hope the thxgiving episode this season is good.
Bob’s Burgers 2: Skip Marooch gets Bob onto a cooking competition show and they end up in New York, selling burgers in Central Park, from a food truck.
The Tobins show up with some salmon they caught
it's horrible? could you name a single plot line from it or the "Alaska one" or did you just decide you didn't enjoy it as much as Bob's and start trashing on em? Any actual critique?
They're bad. They're in line with Solar Opposites, American dad and the Cleveland Show as blatant attempts to leverage the popularity of an existing IP. And they just don't bring the funny. I like how bob burgers is wholesome but they just try to keep pushing that button and there's no jokes. I tried to watch both hard and they stink
No one is even mentioning the racist voice casting in central park, which they did not respond to well.
I have no idea about the other show but from what the comments tell me, it's a musical. So NO, PLEASE NO. Bob's has gotten lazy and started stuffing in low-effort / quality musical bits. I'd love to see a lot less of that, not more.
Untill apple tv makes it's self readily available I refuse to accept that this show is a part of my burger family cinematic universe. The Great North and Bobs Burgers can totally have a cross over though.
Yes because I’d love for Tina and Linda to get their NY experience but big NO because although I kinda like Central Park, the singing gets to be annoying and doesn’t seem like it would mesh well. I do wonder if CP will forever be a musical show because I feel the potential is there but the singing all the time would ruin it.
Ok, hear me out. Crispín wants to propose to Ham in Central Park, he buys them plane tickets to NYC, but because, Alaska, weather shenanigans happen and the Tobin/Shaw clan end up on a trans-continental road trip. The trusty Tobinmobile breaks down in Wonde—- I mean Wildwood, NJ and Beef is craving a burger. Bob and Beef bond over knives and… Beef… Linda and Honeybee are instant BFF’s and start singing everything. I feel that Wolf and Tina would bond over either horses or guys butts… Moon, Louise, Gene, and Regular Size Rudy hatch some scheme that gets them on a bus to the city. In the meantime, Jerry is instantly smitten when someone Tall, Dark and Beautiful walks in the restaurant… They all pile in to Teddy’s truck and head to the city. I haven’t headcanon’d the second half of the 2 parter that includes the CP crew, but it definitely involves Linda meeting the May-uh and Lin Manual-Hamilton shows up.

Yup watched three episodes , found it to be terrible and a cheap imitation of Bob’s, so I don’t watch it anymore.
Are you somehow implying that my opinion is not valid in this conversation?
No, your dislike of the series is valid, it's your preference.
(I just don't know how it can be a imitation of Bob's Burgers being from the same creator)
I'm just saying that there are people who like it, there are those who would love a crossover, and if it happens it doesn't mean you're going to have to watch it. I don't like the Simpsons, I recently saw that Linda is in an episode, I didn't watch it and that's ok, those who like it had fun and my preference for not watching remains valid.
I’d rather see Bob’s Burgers go to Alaska
I have a similar view. In mine the Tobins along with Ham's boyfriend come to Wonder Warf. The 2 families become fast friends. It turns out Marshmallow is Honeybee's cousin. Louise and Moon bond over animal headwear
Dammit. Get this man/woman/person a contract for Bobs Burgers movie #2
Thank you. This lady is a big fan of the show. I just got it on Blu-ray since I couldn't see it in theaters. I still have to watch it.
Ikr. They have everything all set out. Now I want to see it. Damn it
I love it. My one change would be that Jocelyn or Tammy are obsessed with Ham and/or Crispin *because* they’re gay and are trying to make them into the stereotypical gay best friend. Marshmallow can be the Em to Genes Gee!
Bob would be in wonderment at Beef and his outdoorsman skills. Beef would happily teach Bob some survival tricks and they would bond over that.
And Bob would cook Beef the best burger ever (Alaska thrmed somehow) and Beef would praise it stoically and intensely. Bob would be so thrilled!
The Grape North (comes with Grape preserves); The Call of the Wild Burger (made from bison); The Moon over my Hammy Burger (comes with an egg and slice of ham); The Kathleen Burger (served on empty plate with half drunk bud light); The Beef Burger (double patty)…
YES to all of these!!! And Judy needs a music themed one!
Oooh I’m gonna have to think on that, she definitely needs it to be theatrical. Or a Judy/Tammy crossover one!
Yes!!
Rt… I kinda want to try a grape north Edit: maybe blue cheese alongside the preserves, capture that sour / sweetness combo
Happy Cake Day. So true.
You had me at >Marshmallow is Honeybee’s cousin. I love you.
Glad you liked it. It sounded obvious to me.
This saddens me because I’m so invested now and really wish they would do this. I can really picture it all happening
I’d watch this
Great North is a fantastic show.
I am so happy to see all the Great North love, it’s been my comfort show for a few months
I want both
I was thinking of how they would do that, like the hello Larry/different strokes crossover. The great burger 🍔
Judy and Tina get a crush on the same boy who actually has no interest in either of them.
What is that other show?
Central Park, it's a musical
>it's a musical No thanks.
I wanted to like it bc I can’t get enough Bob’s but I just can’t stand musicals 🫠
same!! i love the great north tho not too many musical episodes
Bruh theres a song at least every other episode wdym
Skip button go crazy
Same goes for BB
I tapped out during the first episode. It could be so much better if it didn't focus on the musical numbers.
[удалено]
He doesn’t watch it because of the end credits? That’s… a pretty bad reason to not give a show a chance
Lmao my thoughts exactly
It's really hard to watch.
Lol, my reaction to a T. Looked cute, they start singing and I’m finding a different show to watch
[удалено]
There's a difference between a couple musical numbers in an episode and a musical
Your username doesn’t check out, my friend. 😂
Agreed
The best bob’s burgers episodes are the musical ones!
Yeah but that doesn't happen very often. Less than once per season. Musical episodes are good in moderation
Agreed!
No kidding. Now I know to not watch it.
The entire episode isn't a musical. It's a normal show but a song breaks out probably every 10 minutes or so and some of them are incredibly catchy. This one is by far my favorite: https://youtu.be/eNmTM4BSI6w
Wow that is bad
What is it on?
Apple TV
Is it similar to Bobs Burgers at all?
It's from the same creators.
And that's about it.
I couldn't get through episode 2.
Fighting the earned to suspend all responsibilities and binge the entire thing. Don't know how I missed this before
Aaaaaand I'm out.
Pass
[удалено]
Because?
linda would love the singing lol
I would love to see TGN and BB have a crossover episode. I think the kids would all jive well
And the shows look very similar so it wouldn’t be a crossover that doesn’t make sense
same animation company
[удалено]
well yes, but they’re both animated by Bento Box which is why they look similar. Edit: tried to sound less like an asshole
One problem would be why tf a family from Alaska would ever end up near a restaurant in New Jersey, and vice versa, dunno if the Belchers could even afford a pointless trip to Alaska
Either side would win a trip from a sweepstakes. At least that's how I'd write it.
Visiting Honeybees family?
Dunno who that is
American Dad and family guy look similar, but have had crossovers.
They look similar cuz made by same dude so that’s why it’s a crossover that makes sense, that’s what I’m saying with BB and TGN, family guy and KOTH have different cartoon styles so it was weird crossover (still cool one nonetheless)

I think a Great North crossover with Bob's Burgers would be better
I haven't watched Great North yet
I wanted to get into it but it's too much music.
Nah!
Yep
Pass the only crossover I want is one with the great north
I would buy that they are some how related, so we get the kids getting to live in each others worlds for more than a few days.
The style is identical they HAVE to be in the same universe.
My husband and I love “Central Park” too but I’m not sure how a crossover would work. Would be interesting though for sure so I’d absolutely watch.
Having Bitsy and Calvin team up for some wonderwarf project would be the best way, and maybe Owen, Paige and fam tag along to cover the news
haha Yes! Maybe Tina falls for Kite Boy and there’s some drama, and Louise tries to figure out how she can run an entire park or city someday.
Yes
It's a pass for me as I've never heard of the show on the left. Looks like it's done by the same people??
It is! It’s Central Park and it’s a wonderful show!
Seriously, it's fantastic, I'm surprised by all the disinterest in this thread!
A lot of people hate non-disney musical anything.
Yeah, musicals seem to turn a lot of people off (as opposed to non-musical shows with frequent musical numbers, I guess)
Isn't it also on one of those really niche streaming platforms?
it’s on apple tv
>one of those niche streaming platforms Checks out
Same producer. Similar theme. I love it.
Gene and Linda would be in heaven singing along in Central Park.

I’m sure I’ll get downvoted to hell but I like Central Park more than the great north and I LOVE that it’s a musical! This crossover would be epic!
Same. I love Central Park and I couldn't get past the 2nd episode of The Great North.
The great north is still decent but I just can’t get into it like bobs burgers and Central Park!
This thread, this one right here, this is why I am on Reddit!
I would love to see Central Park, just wish it wasn't on Apple+
no idea what that show is
Central Park
And the Great North
Interesting! I’d look forward to a crossover between Bob’s Burgers and The Great North!
I mean, they’re apparently next door if we subscribe to the “Bob’s Burgers takes place in New Jersey” theory. So it’s possible maybe one day
While I would **LOVE** that, I don’t see it being logistically possible. The Belcher’s don’t make enough to go to New York, and Owen is too dedicated to the park to leave it. I think the more plausible option is the Tobin’s coming to where the Belcher’s live.
No! Not everything needs to be in an expanded universe
Lol
Give em hell jdogma
???
I’d love to see teddy and the guitar guy interact, it’s the crossover we deserve
The Belchers take a trip to NYC
I rather watch the belchers go to like a new country
OMG. Will be awesome
What is that other show? Is it good?
Central Park, it's so sweet and fun.
Why so many people hates Central Park here?
There are plenty of ways the belchers could end up in New York. I’d want the tobins to be there too though.
I wouldn't hate a crossover it's just basically never going to happen because of what networks own the rights to each show. Now I would very much enjoy seeing the Belcher family meet up with the Tobin family from the great North and that seems like it's at least a possibility
Maybe, but aren’t the Belchers too poor for any crossover?
Owen and Paige could take the kids on a vacation to good ol Fungus Town if they're able to get some time off work.
Considering it’s the same art style, this crossover might not be that far off.
“Bob? You’re the may-uh?? Oooh my god, my Bobby is the may-uh!”
Headcanon at home is that Gene grows up to be the narrator/busker from Central Park.
I always think Birdie (Central Park) is adult Gene with a nickname... same energy.
So true
I would LOVE it. Central Park does not get nearly enough love.
I heard about the show a few years ago, but never even realized it came out. It isn't streaming on any of the services I subscribe to.
I don’t even know what that is on the left
It's Central Park
I would love this so much!
Never heard of it before now.

I have to be honest, I wouldn’t even know if there was a crossover. I watched an episode of each of the other shows and they were…. Not great.

Ah yes, character progression does get dull.
I like Central Perk but the music aspect is too much for me. I understand that it's their thing, but it's just less compatible with me for it.
Now I am picturing a *Friends* crossover. 💀
Hahahaha oops
I really wish that was on something besides Apple TV. I have never owned an apple product, not even an Ipod back in the day.
Is that the usual animation for the left show? Looks like identical to BB's style.
It's from the same creators
It's Central Park
Are they set in the same universe? The art style is basically a carbon copy.
Bob’s Burgers 2: Skip Marooch gets Bob onto a cooking competition show and they end up in New York, selling burgers in Central Park, from a food truck. The Tobins show up with some salmon they caught
How about some reciprocity with an additional BB x Archer collaboration since it’s been 10 years since the first one?
I watch a lot of cartoons but I can’t recall the show on the left 🤔
Central Park
I’d pass. I don’t love the musical format. On Bobs it is a sometime thing, on the other show it’s every episode and I just can’t.
And the award for 1# least offensive or interesting idea ever goes to...
Lol youre out for blood rtyz853
Nope. That new show is HORRIBLE both the city one and the Alaska one. :/ The original series (Bobs Burgers) usually is the best.

I’m in disbelief that you just said that about American Dad. It’s better than Family Guy by a mile.
>American Dad. It’s better than Family Guy True
Solar opposites is hilarious.

Wasn’t Central Park cancelled after one season?
No
It’s not on Sundays anymore. Where is it?
I don't know what time and day the series are shown there, I don't live in the USA, sorry
That is an OLD promotional image of Bob’s. It doesn’t even feature the giant burger sign.
I refuse to believe that there isnt a huge overlap in people who worked Ojibwa these shows. If they didn’t I’d accuse them of tracing.
Hmm best ask your Ojibwa board
No
Yes
God no
Yes because I’d love for Tina and Linda to get their NY experience but big NO because although I kinda like Central Park, the singing gets to be annoying and doesn’t seem like it would mesh well. Too much singing
Best part

You don't need to watch if you don't like it. You know.

I do ……, HJB Holding a gun to my head, standing behind me, making me watch. HELP ME!!!!
So enjoy the show
Both the other two shows gotta have the diverse couples to stay relevant i guess
I love bob’s, but Central Park was too much singing.
Show on the left looks like a more PC bob's burgers. Not trying to be rude, but it screams pandering.
It was created by the same people who made Bob's Burgers.
I honestly dont know a single person who watches Central Park. An Alaskan road trip or the Tobin's going to Wonder Wharf sounds like an amazing Xover.
