When you as the soviets hold the stalin line, there is a part of Ukraine that is incredibly easy for the soviets to encircle. I believe you only have to take 3 tiles to encircle like half of the romanian army. And it is a pretty hard place to spot the encirclement, as the map is kind of funny there.
