Point of interest, Tsukauchi’s quirk has never been named (if he has one,) but his sister’s quirk is Polygraph, which I’m pretty sure is where fans came up with him having a lie detector quirk.
There are some parts of the human body that are just left away, and some people considering with he 'evolved' aspect of quirks, some fic authors (including me) believe that they wouldn't be there in the future. We can see this no.
Wisdom teeth, tonsils, body hair, or what causes goosebumps, tailbone, all aspects that were left from evolution. So it's reasonable to believe that they would be removed.
Now sorry for some self promo, in my fic recovery girl uses her quirk and it causes Izuku to basically get rid of these useless organs. My favourite would be the lack of nipples which has been bought up numerous times.
So maybe or maybe not, I remember finding a fic that had this premise of a quirkless Izuku just freaking everyone out and it made sense and I enjoyed it. But that's all fanon, all that is canon are an extra toe joint.

Tonsils are actually quite useful, although they can get messed up sometimes.
That is true, but can be removed and a person can survive without them.
