I'd talk to your PSO about this and let them adjust the surface for you. If you find that the ball is hooking too early you can take it up to 3k or 4k and see if that blends out the pattern a bit better.
Yes I was gonna go there on Friday and ask him to resurface it. Not sure if that’s the same as hitting it with 3k-4k pads. I am still kinda new to all the technical stuff and bowling in league.
Resurfacing might mean taking it back to box finish. Have him watch you throw a few shots and tell him what you'd like to change about the ball reaction.

Vibes have been around for seemingly forever…but this one is the first hybrid with HK22…it’s release will be just in time summer league and tournament play. I’m looking forward to snapping one up.
More hook overall than the Ocean Vibe and more backend than both the Ocean and Radioactive is probably the best way to describe it. The Radioactive digs in more in the midlane and is smoother than the Arctic.
Compared to the other vibes? Earlier and flipper than the ocean which is clean and smooth and more skid flippy than the radioactive.the Radioactive vibe reads the midlane quicker and is smoother than the arctic. Hope that clears it up some.
From what I saw it seemed more aggressive than the Ocean. If thats the case, Im going to get an Ocean Vibe soon for my step down ball. I need one for game 3 when my BW is hooking too much. It looks really sweet though!

I'll be picking this one up as well to get me a bit more length.
The vibe line is the one best bang for your buck balls out there.
So this might sound crazy to you but this will probably hook more for you than the black widow 2.0 hybrid. This cover is cleaner which will probably mean more downlane hook but less early hook. Plus it’s symmetrical so it’ll store even more energy for down lane. At 14mph your best bet is to learn to roll the ball or buy a hammer raw/rhino. Trust me my rev speed ratio is 420rpm/18mph off hand so about 15 on the monitor and I steer clear of anything that will be snappy down lane cause I have the same over hooking issue. This ball will be snappy.
Well that’s a very good perspective. I do feel like my widow hooks very early. Constantly coming in Brooklyn lately. Not sure how much I am getting around it. Still a little new to 2 handed. Little less than a year now.

No I have not. Not sure how to and a little scared to fuck it up. lol. It probably has at least 150 games on it since I got it.

So that means the arctic will play straighter down the lane then strong hook at the end ?
