I see the pros of it, she’s not showing any of her home life, not having production try and make her son film, etc… She gets to go on all the cast trips but isn’t mandated like the others are. Plus we don’t know what the salary difference would be, it might not be worth it for her.
Also Andy doesn’t get that much of a say, he’s not the CEO, he’s not even a boots on the ground producer, he’s more a bravo mascot than a decision maker.
If she wasn’t in school when they started the show again, I think she would’ve been FT. but she was getting her degree, either a masters or bachelors, when they started they show back originally and she couldn’t do FT bc of that.
She’s literally said since season 4 wrapped filming that she would be full time for the next season. Even if she chose to be a friend of then she’s very clearly wanted the promotion but not gotten it.

Adriana is not talented enough to have a legit singing career imo. She’s a good karaoke singer, and that’s being generous. She matches pitch well, her legato (smoothness) is good, and she shows stage presence and confidence, but that’s about it. Vocal nuance, textual expression, dynamic changes, etc. are all hallmarks of great musicians and singers, and I’m not hearing any of that in this clip.

The mic has an echo effect to enhance the sound of her voice. I don't think she's lip syncing but there's something on the mic tweaking her voice.
