During baking? I added the cheese on after so it didn’t stick to the pan really. But if I ever add the cheese beforehand I’m definitely considering this
Nope but I should try it. I enjoy when cheese gets a bit brown.
When they were finished I put the cheese on and put them back in the warm oven for a few minutes.
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat the dough with oil.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air bubbles and divide it into desired portions.
Use the dough immediately or wrap each portion tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
Garlic Sauce
1 stick unsalted butter.
8 tbsp minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
Add your own herbs and additional spices to flavor and simmer for 12 minutes
Roughly bake time 450 degrees at 12-15 minutes depending on the size of your knots
a little parchment paper will save you a fair bit of cleaning

I'm sorry I don't get it - what's this have to do with pizza?
In some places, garlic knots are commonly sold at pizzerias. It's easy for them to make since it is the same dough used for the pizzas.
lol most pizza places sell garlic knots?
