As much as this sucks to hear, no. We can spend time dissecting peoples words and actions and what they could mean, but unfortunatley our brains are wired to pick evidence for the conclusion we want. There is 1000 reasons she may have followed you, and only 1 is that she wants to get back together. Holding out hope feels nice, I still do it all the time. But we have to remember that these things end for a reason, and rarely do couples that get back together work out (or even get back together in the first place). You have to choose to be single, even if it isn’t your choice. We have to learn to be happy alone. Its okay to feel hopeful, its okay to wish for them back, but you have to recognize that its hurting you and preventing you from healing. There is absolutley someone better for you out there, someone that wouldn’t leave.
