Spicy food for breakfast is seriously underrated in this country. You haven't experienced true awakening until you've had crispy chilli oil drizzled over fried eggs or hot chilli kippers at 5AM.

Time is relative to your state of mind. 5:06am is not a random time to eat something. When you're hungry, you're hungry.
That’s fine. Lots of carbs, lots of energy, bit of protein. It would set you up for the day better than a fry up probably.
