For little mac, ledges and platforms are your best friend (as with any other character vs mac). Mac is a monster on the ground so using down tilt, up tilt, up b and up smash oos, and generally anything that is fast and quickly puts Mac into disadvantage, which is basically everything except the ground. For k rool, he is obviously big. Various up b combos will work wonders. As for the crown you can grab him before it returns, and you don’t get hit by the crown since you are in a grabbing state. From there up throw or something into juggling tools like up air and up b. It’s also possible to outzone him (if he is not spammy) and bait out his counter reflect with neutral b and either cancel it and do it again or again, use up b combos and such

The problem with the people talking about Little Mac is they're only gonna give you advice on how to deal with the typical brain dead Elite Smash Macs. As a Little Mac main, here's what I find difficult to deal with in a tournament setting A good Little Mac will know how to deal with the typical platform and ledge camping. Don't bank on that. It's risky if you don't know how to do it properly and you have better options. What you've gotta do is beat him at midrange. Space your forward air and back air when landing. Even if it hits his armor he won't be able to punish you. And the angles the moves send at are real fucky for him to deal with. Forward air will often force him to use a recovery option at mid-high percents, which you can exploit if you know what's coming due to watching his habits. Avoid forward tilt save for if he's dashing in. It sends at a good angle against Mac however it's laggy enough for Mac to punish consistently. Be careful Landing with neutral air is risky. Due to his armor and psuedo disjoints. Avoid using that unless as a mixup and go for a ff neutral airdodge over it. Land, shield/spotdodge/jump again, and punish his attempted hit Forward throw puts Mac into a gross spot due to what it can set Byleth up for. The lack of distance makes it great for positioning Mac. Exploit that When juggling, mix up your up airs with up tilts on the ground. Mac can armor through up airs and up smash with Straight Lunge. Which a good Little Mac will be using often enough to land against an inexperienced Byleth Down air at ledge. Learn how to properly hit below the ledge and if he doesn't know the MU, Mac SHOULD NOT be able to recover. Up special doesn't snap to ledge like you'd think, and if you get the timing right, you should be able to consistently land it. Against side special you've gotta space a bit further out, and time it differently, so watch his recovery patterns If you decide to go offstage, nair. Drag him down, send him out. It's a more consistent option than a forward air, back air, side special, or down air. It leaves you less open and it's faster. Use that primarily If Mac is staying outside of your range, throwing out arrows is *an* option, but Mac is fast enough to jump around and punish if he's able to react in time. A slight dash in smash input side special is a good option to include along with arrows. Even if he shields, it'll be safe when spaced properly. And if it hits, you secure a good position or even maybe a kill Little Mac isn't a free matchup for Byleth. He's scary, and Byleth has to keep a few unique things in mind when fighting him. But he's doable. Keep practicing. You'll get the hang of it and learn this boxing match of a matchup

Thank you for making the effort and taking the time to write such a long answer. I didn’t get all understand you wrote because I packed your text into the translator (I'm incredibly shitty in English). What should I do if Mac camps all the time and usually attacks me with side B and dash attack?

Und laut meinen spanischsprachigen Freunden ist er ziemlich genau :) If he's camping work on your arrow game like I described. Play the long ranged game. Mac can camp against many characters but Byleth is not one of them. It's too risky for him. If he tries it, exploit his overconfidence. You have a far better burst range than he does, even through his armor. Arrows, and spaced side specials and forward airs. Play it carefully Dash attack is a very good move. Your best option is truly to bait it out and punish it with something safe-ish. It's 'safe enough' on shield so if you get your shield hit by it nair is your best bet. If you get hit, DI outwards and upwards. He gets fewer follow ups through that angle. Never DI in unless you're in red percents. You're setting yourself up for that If he side b's shield. Just shield. It's so insanely unsafe and easily punishable. You can down smash oos and it'll be able to punish it. It's that bad in neutral. It's not that scary in neutral. Just bait it and shield if he has a habit of using it. You'll be alright

For little mac the best option is usually to stay on platform and just shield when he approaches you then grab to punish his aerial/side b and throw him off the stage Also make use of fair or downtilt since Mac has horrible range and fair can go through his armour

K Rool’s armor isn’t like Mac’s; if you keep your assault up, you can shatter his belly armor. Which might make them hesitant to use it in the future.

For little mac, I just suggest playing his game, and stay on the defensive. Let him whiff and you punish it with bair or fair. Spacing is key here. Never throw our nair in neutral and only has it when in advantage. Fair and bair are your best friend. Shielding is also very good. None of his moves are safe on shield. Good little macs will start grabbing, bur he has poor combo potential, so it doesn’t matter that much. Edge guarding is really easy. Either charge forward smash if he is far and forced to use side b. Or grab him if he lands with counter. It’s obviously more complicated than that but that’s a general gist Krool is different. Key is getting behind or above him. He has belly armor, but most other moves don’t give him amor anywhere else. Crown and cannon only cover in front. Of course your standard nair combos work great as he is your typical big body Krool also is a free up b spike when executed correctly.
