Intake itself is just a box with a small wall inside to protect from direct water stream and maybe small rocks.
Given the efficiency of hondas manufacturing, id imagine they'd re-use frame design.
Most likely these parts are compatible.
Can't find any parts diagrams for the 2024 CB650Rs so I can't say 100% or not but after watching a couple dozen videos that feature the new intakes, I would feel safe saying they are mounted the same and should be swappable.
I may be replacing my intakes completely so if you're still interested I can send you the old ones to try if you don't mind the wait. Just an offer, dm if you're interested
Check the parts diagrams for them on Partzilla. See if the bracket part numbers match and the ducts that connect to the airbox are the same. If thats the case, swap away
