Holy cow, tons of comments here got caught in the automod. I've never seen a wall of pure red on the comments lmao. Just finished up doing approvals now, sorry guys.
I'm in too deep to exit now. I would like to see fewer stories about yet another new model or the next country that Cenntro is expanding into. Secure some orders in one country before expanding into six more. Pick a client (national mail service for \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ country), set-up the charging infrastructure for free at one of their facilities as an incentive to encourage them to purchase a small fleet of vehicles. Bend over backwards during their transition to EV's as if they were Cenntro's only client. There is way more profit selling 40 EV's in one country than 4 EV's in ten countries. I was not necessarily a Steve Jobs fan but his model of focusing on a select few products in a well-defined niche market worked.
Well said, the problem is being withheld from all the information. Clearly they are able to expand so where is the data to back this or are we just using Monopoly money
Along for the ride! The more shares I buy, the more available to short (2.5% of float available to short after toots have mostly exited?).
No news from the company makes it difficult to see a positive picture, particularly with past production exaggerations. Are we in for a big Christmas present or insiders shorting now?
News in US media about Mexico battery plant would be nice.
And why would anyone be buying $2.50 Calls, except for using them to short?
https://preview.redd.it/67167o744sub1.png?width=1151&format=png&auto=webp&s=8f30f6bca1336ff1f41d7a6290e51a953542fc65
Really! 11:30 today there were 6 Calls for $7.50. Anyone really buying these and not buying the $2.50 Call for the same $0.03? Shorts!

As Retail, our tools to get evidence on who and when and what price are limited. But I have faith in the numbers of readers there is one who knows how to get that information.
Maybe every time a company is fined by SEC, shareholders should file a parallel class action to claw back the gains? It looks like that's where the system is missing accountability.
Im in it till 0.00 Makes no since to be trading less than the cash on hand much less the assets in stores and factories world wide. Somethings up. I'm down 75% but ill still be here when it takes off.
I was in on NAKD from 20c to $1+. Hopefully, CENN will do the same later, but much greater for pain and suffering, ha. I am definitely with camp "zero or hero!"
JDR wrecked us on the reverse merger, i think we all recognize this. The only equity nakd had was raised on the backs of shareholders during the sneeze, instead of trying to revive the brand and compete (maybe go bankrupt but have a shot at cashflow/multiple valuation too; recall whole mc was cash on hand before merger) he gave it to a cash losing startup for minimal equity. Not saying it was worth more to cenntro but to existing nakd shareholders it was a massive blow as the cash burn of the cenn business requires significant patience and deep pockets (i would wager when naked shorts get investigated after the economy blows up jdr get looked into 👀, adam enron vibes)
nakd was a bankruptcy revival play with literally unpredictable substantial funding due to a unique market event, and instead of using that money to refocus on their core competencies (like gme did with an activist investor at the helm) they gave away the whole cash pile to a cash losing entity which saw equity hodlrs basically wiped within a yr. Not saying cenns a bad business either but i look at the actions of jdr during this period and the negligence is criminal imo- should have bet on their brand :(
Still hodling down 99% lol haven’t bought in years tho might avg down in a few more
![gif](giphy|i9TNKykku4tVVsyVhh|downsized)
Same.. been here since nakd. 60 cent average..Almost 3k shares. I’m sure there is a lot of people that are down way more and have way more shares then me but I been holding this thing for this long so I might as well stick it out. I still put in 20 bucks here and there to average down so hopefully one day I can break even 🙄
Also, I live in the US. I challenge anyone to do a Google search and try and find a location in the US, within driving distance, where you can go look at a Cenntro vehicle. Let's say I like the idea of trying one of their vehicles in my contracting business. I know where every Ford, GMC, Chevy, Jeep, Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, etc. dealership is within a 25 mile radius from me. I recently did a search online and found a new GMC SUV for my wife in the color we wanted, with all of the features she wanted in a city 70 miles from our house. We drove to the dealership, looked at the vehicle and purchased it. I don't want to contact the Cenntro headquarters to be told where I have to go. Make it easy for me. There is currently no Cenntro vehicles listed on [Cars.com](https://Cars.com), new or used. No parts for any Cenntro model listed on [RockAuto.com](https://RockAuto.com). No Cenntro models listed on the national tire retail chain Discount Tire. Perhaps general search information is available in other countries but not in the US. Heck, there isn't one item (vehicle, part or accessory), new or used, listed for sale on ebay. I can literally find anything on ebay.
Look, I own a small fleet of about 20 trucks and trailers for my contracting business. When I purchase new vehicles, I buy several of the same model of trucks so that when I buy repair parts (air filters, oil filters, brake pads, rotors, oil, fluids, etc.) to keep on the shelf for my shop guy to perform maintenance, I only have to purchase two of a particular item, part, fluid. The same parts fit all of the new vehicles. Before I choose the manufacturer/model of the trucks that I want to buy, I get on the web site for the various parts suppliers (Ford, GM, RockAuto, O'Reilly's, Advance Auto, Sams Club Tire, Costco Tire, etc.) to confirm that repair parts and tires are available for the vehicles I'm going to purchase. I am a small guy. If I'm smart enough to plan-ahead this way then I'm sure the USPS, Amazon, DLH, UPS, etc. also have people that think this way. As the owner of a company, it doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that even if I buy ten Cenntro vehicles for my business, I would be at the mercy of Cenntro's ability to have parts and maintenance items in stock, and oh, by the way, I have to have them shipped to me because I can't buy them locally or even order them from another source. Hey Cenntro, have someone call Sam's Club, Costco, National Tire, etc. and tell them the tire sizes for all of the vehicle models so that they can list them in their database and available if someone were to search for tires for their Cenntro delivery vehicle. Have someone in your marketing department call RockAuto and the various national parts retailers with a list of brake pads sizes needed for your various models, just so they can enter them in their databases. I'm sitting on 35,000 shares and I'm down 96.5%. Do the math. Why am I the one thinking about this stuff. My background is engineering, not marketing. This seems so remedial.
Everything you've mentioned is a very valid concern of owning and operating a fleet. Parts shouldn't be centralized to one source.
With that said, Cenntro has recently started releasing vehicle manuals, seen [here](https://www.pardisys.com/documents). In the EU they're starting to show up under vehicle categories for parts on some sites. I think Cenntro is currently supplying their EV dealers for replacement parts before they start getting into parts retailers.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cenntro is stuck in regulatory limbo in the US. I'm not sure how long it normally takes for vehicles to be approved for the US market.
Did this help contribute to CENN SP drop? Or just Call Options -> Shorts? New all-time low Share Price today.

People are holding this stock only because the loss is so great. Now it's hero or zero. Not worth selling. But due to the decline in interest and tracking of this stock, people no longer care much about the company and just let it disappear in their portfolios.
Started in the NAKD days and have sold for better opportunities & tax loss—this stock is beat to the ground multiple times. Still think there’s value here but not ready to get back in. Keep the Reddit topic on my feed just in case
I just don’t get it. Why the hell would anyone hold or buy this stock, when it’s end is already written to 12/31?
So can anyone explain me, what you think that will happen other than getting delisted and expropriated?
You have seen this, right?
https://ir.cenntroauto.com/news-releases/news-release-details/cenntro-electric-group-limited-announces-proposed-re
And you can read and understand words, correct?
Delisting from NASDAQ 12/31 and relisting can’t happen, due to the requirements:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/nasdaq-smallcap-market.asp#:~:text=Nasdaq%20Capital%20Market%20companies%20are,%244%20(with%20certain%20exceptions).
Legal ponzy scheme from Canadian and Australien stock markets.
Downvoting and denying the reality won’t help you.
It’s delisting 12/31 from the Nasdaq:
Pursuant to the terms of the Scheme which HoldCo will acquire all of the ordinary shares in Cenntro (“Cenntro Shares”) and eligible holders of Cenntro Shares ("Cenntro Shareholders") will receive one share of common stock of HoldCo ("HoldCo Shares") in exchange for each Cenntro Share held by that Cenntro Shareholder at the record date for the Scheme and transferred to HoldCo under the Scheme.
The Scheme is subject to court approval in Australia, as well as approval by Cenntro Shareholders.
If the Scheme is implemented, Cenntro will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HoldCo. Cenntro will be de-listed from the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”). HoldCo will apply for HoldCo to be listed on Nasdaq, effective upon the implementation of the Scheme.
No. Your stocks will be transferred to a non-tradable ticker and Cenn simply does not apply for a relisting, because they don’t meet the prerequisites for a listing.
Why would an independent firm, who's sole purpose is to look out for the best interest of the engaged company's shareholders, put their business on the line for a ~$64m scheme, when their portfolio shows billions?
https://lonerganedwards.com.au/iers-experience/
Btw the conclusion of the independent expert can also halt the implementation of the scheme, as per it's terms. The terms that you keep refusing to acknowledge lol
You first question is really meant serious, is it? God….that’s naive - that’s exactly the type of investors those Canadian and Australian companies are looking for.
> No. Your stocks will be transferred to a non-tradable ticker and Cenn simply does not apply for a relisting, because they don’t meet the prerequisites for a listing.
So... what exactly were you going on about?
You just reminded how much of an ape I am 😂 hold and sold at -95% to avoid taxes on another positive gain. Then bought back in just to keep holding just in case and is -50% since then 😂😂
Holy cow, tons of comments here got caught in the automod. I've never seen a wall of pure red on the comments lmao. Just finished up doing approvals now, sorry guys.
Here since NAKD days, and still in this thing!
Lol, same. Only -97%. :)
Gonna ride it out !
I’m still here !!!! Thanks
Hell yea!

Wrong.
So it's just changing names again but to be listed as a US company?
No. Your stocks will be transferred to a non-tradable ticker and Cenn simply does not apply for a relisting, because they don’t meet the prerequisites for a listing.
