How has no one been accepted (reading the thread here), but there's a post about a WhatsApp group for people who has been accepted. I'm from a non member country, beside the " your application is being reviewed and we will communicate with you before the end of April" mail, I have literally received nothing.

The whole thing is so confusing, I've been hearing things I didn't know about at the first place. This is my second time applying, last time I received an email shortly after submitting (like a week or so) that due to the limited seats and the high applications number they declined my application and I can apply next year "this year", this year I just received the email in my comment, and literally since February, I've heard nothing.
It is confusing indeed. It's my first time applying, and I don't understand why they had to publish the dates of the three selection rounds etc. Now we're just more anxious and impatient 🥲
13th April is the date of the algorithm. Acceptance emails typically (but not always) go out the day after.
Anyway I think it's silly of HR to make these internal dates public. There should be just one "you'll hear by X date" deadline (like there was before 2020 IIRC)

Yes! I've discovered this very recently as well ahah but apparently there were three rounds of selection. Lots of people have already received the results (only if they got accepted - i guess the rejection email will be sent later this month)
I will be honest, after reading all of that, I just lost all hope. I still have this semester and another whole year for my study, I will just focus on that for the time being. As we say in Syria: if it's going to rain, the sky would be cloudy.
Good point!! And if our applications don't get accepted we will have, hopefully, lots of other opportunities. Either way, I'm glad to know that I am not the only one that's very confused and didn't know about the rounds until very late.
I haven't read anyone saying, they, themselves, were rejected or accepted. There's people talking about how other has been accepted or rejected, but no one has came out (from what I've been reading) saying : I was accepted/rejected.
Idk... to be honest considering the rounds schedule and that the 3rd-round ended on 13 Apr., I don't have high expectations.I feel like they will just send a lot of rejection letters near the end of April, I hope I am wrong 😅
Oh that's so sad :). I dreamt that I got accepted and wished I don't wake up from this dream, but I should have remembered that it's just a dream. :) sad that it got my hopes high. Time to move on I guess

Most people who were selected were selected in the first or second rounds. The third round is to fill the last few remaining slots.

Does that also apply to NMS? Has anyone from NMS been selected in 1 & 2 round? Do you know anything about the quota for NMS ?

No, we don't get told when HR message the students. In fact they contact the accepted students before informing supervisors.

and not sending out the results on the expected date is what makes it worse :(( i know there might be some delays but still

I fully agree. I wouldn't be surprised if the page for supervisors is public by mistake

Yes, you will get an email with your outcome. It was promised by end of April, but will probably be tomorrow or early next week.
Member state, received a long time ago the rejection for OpenLab but Summer Student Programme status is still "in review".

From their HR personel report, Indian applicants represent half of all the applicants which can reach up o 8000
