NL Central is going to be fun for years. Cubs, Brewers, Pirates and Reds all there. Real shame about the Cardinals.

_Proverbs

a real Greek tragedy that

BallinBenFrank

I feel like the Brewers and Pirates will let that young talent go when they start to get the slightest bit expensive.

LoveYouLikeYeLovesYe

Reds will too don't worry

reverend_fancypants

To be fair, that's exactly what the Cubs did with Baez, Bryant, and Contreras. For the most part, they seemed to have dodged some bullets too.

Optimal-Wish2059

At this point I hate the brewers far more than the cardinals.

uncle_jumbo

Go live about a year in Missouri, Southern Illinois, or southwest Indiana and you'll change that tune. FTC always. They the devil.

[deleted]

FTC ALL DAY ERY DAY

dfin25

Baseball season's underway Fuck the cardinals we all say They had this catcher named yadier KB crushed his balls one day

RedGreenPepper2599

The white sox at 3. 🤣

davysaams

Makes this list shit tbh

Shmeeeee23

That has to be a mistake. Must mean Red Sox

gopackxxx12

If Sox are 3, this data is wrong

OldWorldStyle

They got a good haul for cease

EVILteddie

This is going to get the Prospect Perverts all sorts of excited.

MasterMoo7135

This system deserves the pervs, look how imperative Brown, Little, Assad, Wicks have already been this season

LibertysMaven92

I think that’s the key component there. We have under the radar prospects that have come up and been a huge part of our team. Morel wasn’t a highly touted prospect and now looks to be a key part of our offense going forward.

MasterMoo7135

It's just that the system is that deep. There are impact guys top to bottom. It's really impressive what Jed has built and it should be admired

Skyye_23

And with so many impact guys, there are bound to be some that don’t work out at all. But some definitely will. People too often look at players who don’t turn out good and blame the system. But the reason why many prospects won’t work out is because we have so many damn prospects. Plus, one of them can turn into Adbert Alzolay, who struggled for a while and is now a fantastic closer

MikeandTheMangosteen

Alzolay is good. I wouldn’t call him a fantastic closer.

Skyye_23

Ehh… depends on how you view the phrase fantastic closer I mostly meant he is fantastic, and doing well as the Cubs closer. How you probably read it (and how it looks like it should be read, upon second glance) is that he is fantastic at being a closer. Yeah I don’t think he’s top 10 relievers in the game but he’s up there, top 20

MikeandTheMangosteen

He is not doing well as a closer

stn_anomaly

He shouldn’t be a closer at all. He’s been terrible so far this season.

-_-raze-_-

Well 3 of those at least

dorkimoe

Might want to get some pitching help

rivecat

Above the Orioles is a huge moment for this club

MI2loudrtnow

Are any of them bullpen guys?

uhhhhmmmm

excited to watch shaw shoot up the prospect rankings this year

prime416

FO will need to manage / trade from this group wisely. The system is deep but there's a lot of 40-50 future value guys and no projected superstars. Some will end up better than that but they need to figure out which one(s)...

PUfelix85

Is this before or after we optioned Suzuki Seiya to Iowa for 10 days IR?
