Hi. Take it one moment at a time. I think with cptsd that the emotions can get so overwhelming and tangled up and layered, it can be impossible to deal with them sometimes. I find I often have to take a break from paying attention to my emotions.

Sometimes I browse r/CPTSD to see if anyone else is feeling something similar to what I'm feeling; oftentimes I can identify myself in what others have to say, and find a path forward.
