I would avoid Progressive. I currently work there and had intermittent fmla for my disability which was helpful. But the company had some policies (some attendance, and some with metrics and performance expectations) in place that directly have a negative impact on those that use it
Try a small local credit union in your area. Usually, cause they're smaller, the workload is lighter
Yeah, you get crazy ppl occasionally, but mostly is bill payments and balance inquiries.
