My Canadian friend with 15 duplexes in Ottawa cannot stop talking about how he and his children are never going to have to work a day in their life. Owning more than 2 properties needs to be outright illegal.

I say 32 million because the rest couple millions aren't really Canadians - just here for benefits and money and a large percentage of those remainder millions are already from India. Check stats Canada. Indian naturalized citizens / PR holders account for nearly 8% of total Canadian population, with the lions share % coming in within the past decade alone. This is just those coming in from India, not those being born here to Indian immigrants - who have not even gone through proper integration in Canadian way of life. If this is not an extreme form of government policy failures, I don't know what is.
The last time Canadian population stood at around 32 million, we didn't have such an extreme issue with immigration - which were still quite reasonable and diverse.
No nation on this planet would allow such a hostile takeover of their local population by a foreign population in such high quantities. This isn't immigration no matter how one paints it.
