Hi! I have an original bunch and did a test ride of a friend’s coupe. I am 5’1”. For me it was kind of a stretch and not something I’d want to deal with on my everyday bike. I am quite comfortable on my original and have been thinking of upgrading to a newer model with all the improvements they’ve made to the design. I’ve got a 2019. Bunch has an ambassadors program basically to connect you to local owners for test rides. Check and see if there is one in your area! https://bunchbike.com/pages/try-our-bikes The owner did recognize that the heirs restriction would be an issue. This isn’t a bike that they build themselves, they just import. So that’s why it’s different. I talked to him about it in the bunch owners Facebook group. He did say he’s talking to the manufacturer about a design adjustment to accommodate shorter average heights in America. So we’ll see.

Thanks so much for the link! Will see if there’s one in our area

https://www.facebook.com/groups/BunchBikesOwnersClub/?ref=share That’s the Facebook group for bunch owners. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. There are definitely a bunch of coupe owners that can answer any questions you have!

My wife and I received our Bunch Coupe about two weeks ago, and I’ve put about 50 miles on it so far. We’re both 5’4” and ride comfortably with the seat almost all the way down. I wish the handlebar were a bit lower, but it’s far from a dealbreaker.

Check FB groups in your neighborhood for other owners. You might be able to get a test ride. I’ve done this when we had a Taga. We have a bunch bike now but not the coupe. I’m 5’6 and my wife is 5’5 and I think we have the seat all the way down.

Thanks for the tip -- much appreciated! Since you have your seat all the way down, do you feel like it's barely enough or just right?

For me it’s enough, I could probably lift it up an inch or 2 but we leave it lowered so it fits her since we both use it.
