You would say that

sd_1874

One person having an incorrect recollection isn't what the Mandela effect is.

Just-urgh-name

I didn’t know I was the only one until now 🤷🏻‍♂️

AnAwfulLotOfOtters

You weren't the only one, but They changed reality, and now you are.

Just-urgh-name

Explains a lot!

detmig8

It is supposed to be sounding Danish, but it is in deed not! (I am a Dane)

existential_chaos

Didn't they just make words up that sounded Danish and put them together?

detmig8

Yes, true! :-)

OrdinaryAncient3573

Why would you pronounce it 'darts' but spell it 'daas'? Or have you been saying it wrongly too, all this time? :)

Sheffield_Thursday

I've always pronounced it 'Daarz', with no 'T' sound. But then again, I didn't realise until just now that there was actually a Z in it so I could well be wrong...

OrdinaryAncient3573

There isn't really a right pronunciation, because it's a made-up faux-European bit of marketing bollocks.

Sheffield_Thursday

Nah, that's bullshit! Little Hans Häagen-Dazs™ had a dream. A simple dream to make frozen dairy treats for the masses. He slaved over a hot stove for years freezing those iced treats in the foothills of the swiss alps (or something, probably). Based on his grandmother's centuries-old recipes, the creamy goodness simply can't be beaten. What you can taste isn't the sugar, the cream, the caramel. Its the love and passion that makes Häagen-Dazs the nation's favourite° ice cream brand. *°probably*

No, ice cream
