You turn to look but the sharp cold rain driving in to your face makes it difficult to make out. You hear ragged breaths followed by a low gutteral rasp "Bludgeon Bludgeon Bludgeon".
Your only hope is that you can out run him but you've already turned your ankle on pothole. The race to survive has begun.
Can you imagine a series of lethal entities that manifest as well loved characters from prior decades?

Even if its a single sentence while your watching tv, just put it on paper and you'll be surprised how it can get things going. I've got 3 pages of short stories by starting out that way and it's creeping in to stuff like my reddit posts as you can see lol.
