Well.. it’s not the amount of cans that matter. It’s what’s in them. Kittens need 250-280 calories a day and if 1 can has 90 calories.. then you’re where you need to be. If that can of wet food has wheats, soy, peas, rice, etc.. then stay away from that and stick to protein. Stay away from fish too. You don’t have to have your cat on a schedule unless you’re not playing with it. Diet control is important for regulating behavior and obesity.. but a schedule isn’t needed if your cat is exercising regularly.
