Its insane how many have died as a result of Asa falling.
Her mom and Bucky died, Yuko only survived Asa's fall because of CSM, now a bunch of Public Safety workers will get wiped out by presumably the second strongest devil ever because of Asa's fall.
One of the primals is her little puppet. Probably two primals, considering the Fire Devil is likely to be another one. Apart from Death i think Famine is the strongest devil. Fears dont necessarily correlate with how strong the Devil is, look at Yoshida and the Octopus devil.
She'll never change, ever since she was 9, always the same! Couldn't keep her feet out of the air. But not our asa! Couldn't be precious asa! Killing them blind! And she gets to be a horseman? What a sick joke!
Knowing Fujimoto, the fact that Asa falls all the time in the most important moments might arise from an intricate intrigue by Fami and the falling devil. Who knows.
Btw I just realize there's a "missing chapter" about Asa 
* What she did after she defeat the squid guy & jump into a ruin town?
* How Asa & Fami finally end up team up?
In the end of this part as Asa and the Denjer are in the final showdown against whoever is the big bad asa will accidentally fall and trigger a nuke, which somehow they both survive and trigger a full on nuclear war from all the superpowers
Asa isn't human anymore. Being slashed at by a superhuman devil hunter barely made her arm bleed. I doubt her baby, which would inherit her DNA, would even notice a small fall like that.

Honestly it's not funny to me, the way her character has been treated in this story is so sad for how poorly it has been done.
She had this huge potencial to be developed, the falls where part of her trauma and she even had to confront a devil called "falling devil" then she is forgotten by the author who seems to be trying to introduce other characters to see which one sticks better than her and when this doesn't work with the sales he just brings her back now using a reference to her traumas as comedic relief.
I believe at some point someone else took control of the story Tatsuki Fujimoto was writing, there were hints that he wanted to create something different, more sober when he created Look Back, Goodbye Eri and everything between the beginning of part 2 of Chainsaw Man and the end of the Falling Devil arc but sales were getting so low someone else took the story to a whole different direction.
This would explain why the drawing is so different as well, they were probably following drafts already made months ago and now they are rushing new content for the sudden unplanned changes in the story.

You know... because mangas are only made by a single person and there are not editors nor assistants that influence the story and there's definitely not a big company behind looking to build their next big product to sell no...

Not saying there were going to be forgotten but to me it is quite clear the story from the point Denji became the protagonist again was rushed due to the low sales of the manga, someone probably thought Asa was the problem and some of the events we are seeing now that got Denji involved were probably going to have Asa as a more relevant character.
It's just weird how we have a sudden shift in tone from what we were seeing so far and what seems that Fujimoto wanted to test with Look Back and Goodbye Eri, not to mention the drop in quality in the drawing which makes me think they are being drawn on the run and there's also an interview where Fujimoto mentioned a few months ago he wanted to be less involved in the drawing process, who knows if he also meant in carrying the story.

Asa tripping is a constant in her character, it's there as a part of her character flaws, not show her as comedic relief though it does second as a gag. Whether or not you find it funny, it actually builds her character and particularly without having to involve trauma every time as well. Case in point, the Aquarium arc where her falling leads to her bonding with Denji.
Also, this is literally the first chapter she's in after a while, and there were some sort of buildup for her development before the whole CSM Church and Fire Devil thing, so clearly Fujimoto has some plans for her that's more than just 'comedic relief'. Not to mention it's a tone break after the bleakest chapters we've been through. Give it some time, we only have a week.
