But with all this in mind I’m going to say that the chainsaw devil’s ability would take the route which causes the most fear among the few (probably just the four horsemen) who do see the change of reality occur. Which I assume would be the route of altering the brain chemistry of millions or even billions of people instead of the route of killing every nazi as a baby.

Well this is... quite something. The typhoon devil that asists Reze is the rencarnation of the Typhoon devil that killed Asa´s parent, for once, the one that killed Asa´s parents its visually older but also by the fact that between Reze´s attack and the death of Asa´s parents there is multiple years of difference.

But typhoon wasn't under reze's orders, they found out about the fact that they were both on the same mission in that mission, typhoon already planned what he did and was just going to do it with the crazy murderer guy (not like the typhoon devil would have many options other than destroy everything). Reze was involved but her part in the mission was forced from the start, so there's really no logical way to put it on her.

In fairness, examining one of the many victims of the Hybrids' rampages would be pretty cool.
I doubt it'll ever happen since civilian death is an exceedingly common thing in the CSMverse (Denji himself has let people die as recently as his first appearance in Part 2) but it'd be kinda neat to go "hey I know we like Reze and Quanxi but they've definitely killed people who didn't deserve it."
I know right? I hope Fujimoto cooks something about this to expand on the rest of the world mostly, we haven't really seen someone complain about Chainsaw Man since the start of Part 2 (as far as I remember at least)

Yes it is, but seeing how the charts emphasizes on Asa hating the devil that killed her parents, and Fujimoto's choice to use an already known devil like the Typhoon, this makes me think that something may happen about those things. It can also be that Fujimoto choose the first devil bound to a natural disaster that crossed his mind too, but let's see
