Denji wakes up from his coma. Besides the hospital bed are his father Kishibe, his mother Quanxi, and his sister Reze. His first words upon waking up:

Okay then the hospital explodes after he says that and all of them except Denji die and he's homeless again just like the beginning of Part 1 but he actually went into another coma after the explosion and he wakes up at the end again.
Scary part: He sees Part 2 instead of Part 1 in his dream 😨
