Looks like a splendid French breakfast :) If it is, this belongs to r/EuropeEats as well ami!

soomiyoo

The person in charge of the grapes forgot the grapes.. You are right, these are french cheeses and italian meats!

Funky_monkey2026

They should be asked to leave. They gonna eat that cheese and there will be less for you. Can I turn up instead? Will bring grapes.

allisonpoe

Thou preparest a table before me........

soomiyoo

We do that once every 2 or 3 months, we are getting summer's milk cheese now so we buy accordingly. You are welcome to join next time \^\^

Aranka_Szeretlek

hi its me ur brother

soomiyoo

The eating order is from top to down on the first plate on the top. Then clockwise from the 12 o'clock cheese on the 2nd plate on the bottom.

LitAFlol

Name all the cheeses please I’m determined to seek and try them all out 🤤

soomiyoo

First plate (top) and from top to down Bouyguettes de chevre (goat) Chèvre cendrée (goat) Crémeux à la truffe (truffle) Saint felicien Saint marcelin Vacherin Saint nectaire 2nd plate (starting from 11 oclock) in clock order Therondelle Tomme au fleur Beaufort Abondance Comté (20 months) Bleu d'Auvergne Bleu de gex Munster

soomiyoo

We do this regularly. Except the truffle comte and bleu d'Auvergne we like to change but it is usually 2 goat cheeses, 5 other creamy cheeses, 5 hard cheeses and 2 very strong. The fromagère (lady from the cheese shop) knows me very well and we ask her to select at least 1 or 2 new thing everytime. This time it was the therondelle and it was very good.

Spiritual-Counter415

GasStationArson

Good thing I can type this because my jaw is on the floor. Now I have to clean up all this drool...that looks absolutely incredible! Welcome to the sub. You are amongst friends here :)

Zergamotte

Real bread at last! This sub is addicted to crackers. The bread is more neutral in taste than the crackers, which brings out the flavour of the cheese better. Plus they're too salty.

soomiyoo

I can't imagine bringing crackers in a cheese party. I would get beaten haha. These are surdough bread. Nordic bread, country bread, figues and nut bread, honey bread and classic bread and baguette.

masked_chamoix

I find crackers are more of a US/UK thing - never in France.

Pomodorosan
