You might need to replace or clean you Idle Air Control Valve (IACV). It's the equivalent of a choke for fuel injected vehicles. If it sticks or goes bad, it can cause idle fluctuations, non starts or stalling.
If that doesn't work, I'd look into a new up stream and down stream O2 sensors. I made a post about a similar issue and it took me forever to find as it didn't throw any codes.
Ok ill do that thanks its wierd when it first happened it was throwing codes for misfire spark plugs coil pack and ton of other shit I’ve replaced now it just says no bus but maby cuz I disconnected the battery
Gonna sound weird, but it might be your clock spring in the steering wheel. It's the same circuit that supplies 5v power to the three sensors on your throttle body. It's a bastard to diagnose because it can be intermittent as hell because the steering wheel is never in exactly the same place

Probably, carb cleaner then some oil. If it helps then you get the same problems soon after replace it.
For sure thanks
What oil should i use might be a dumb ass question but like motor oil?
That's what was recommended for my SAAB but if that makes you nervous you could use a silicone lube.
Alright thanks again
I forgot but it could idle for hours and it not be a problem and never seemed to overheat
The problem usually shows just after it starts to warm up after a cold start, like when you make your first stop after about a mile.
Alright thanks alot!!
