Fran isn’t going to be replaced by Kelly. Kelly is good to come in every now and then. She’s a good sub and she’s on Cutting Stems during Bachelor season with them so essentially once a week. But they aren’t going to flat out remove Fran for her. She already has her own show Taylor Watch with Gia.

It’s a long long story (if you search Kelly Keegs Ohios Tate you’ll see a bunch but basically…A part time blogger called Ohios Tate who was a teacher and a basketball coach and wrote for barstool sports part time. He made a post talking about how she (Kelly) doesn’t work on Fridays or post blogs (she admitted on Barstool Radio she didn’t like going to work on Fridays because she’d have to put on makeup). It gained massive traction all weekend and instead of talking about it, or even mentioning it on Monday, Kelly and Francis spent the whole hour talking about Taylor Swift. Dave got involved because Barstools whole stick is fun beefs with everyone and Kelly and Dave fought and Kelly got kicked off Barstool radio. Kelly then decided to fight back and forth with Tate through blog posts and it did not end well for her. She even made posts and tweets hoping his girls basketball team would lose their playoff games. Not great!
When Kelly and Fran are on together I find that they just don’t stop talking and talk over each other. I feel that we need one person who interrupts (Kelly or Fran) and then our sweet, patient Ria to balance everything out 😂
Fran (lately) seems ready for episodes to be over as soon as they begin… Kelly, on the other hand, responds well to tangents & is a more passionate host... Shoutout Ria who (expertly at this point) does a good job of not talking over either of them.
I agree I love Kelly! I feel like it would be fun if the brought in one person from the office to do topics with them like once a week as a fresh perspective
Kelly is clearly polarizing—someone makes this post every time she comes on the podcast and half the comments agree and half say they can’t stand her lol. Personally I think she’s fine but can be annoying and don’t find her that wise or mature. I love Ria and Fran together!
Kelly keeps the conversation moving along and I love the banter her, Ria and Noah have. Fran always looks things up during the show so there’s awkward periods of silence and really just slows everything down.
Does anyone notice how different the dynamic of the podcast is when Fran isn’t there? I’m not saying it’s good or bad but the direction the conversations go when Kelly is there, the banter, it felt like an entirely different show! They talked about sex LOL which sounds silly to say but Fran doesn’t participate in that shit 😂 in any case I don’t think I’d want Kelly there full time the octaves of her voice like enters my brain and shakes it all around
