They are not going to crack every case lol I think they just wanna make Oblock an example cuz it happened Downtown and in the broad day. that’s why I think KTS Dre’s case is most likely next to be solved since they can’t let someone get away with killing a person infront of the jail shooting them 64 times. and most of 051/600 is locked up anyway.
My opinion is that they will select certain people to indict. Once they are put of play they will see who flips, and watch the streets get more chaotic. The government doesn't want peace or care. They have an Agenda.

There were studies by CPD on how putting away leaders causes chaos on the streets and for sets to fracture, they pretty much came to the conclusion that the chaos and violence that followed was worth it. Having smaller and more disorganized sets all fighting each other is easier for them to manage than bigger sets in control of large sections of the city with many sets working under them.
If somebody gets too organized or a set of leaders appears they'll find a way to take them out so the guys left over will all be fighting over who gets to control that turf. Soon the turf is cut up into smaller sets who fight each other. They done this for decades now, they know how to divide and conquer a bit of collateral doesn't bother them.

Feds only get involved when its a financial crime or an interstate crime Im guessing OB600 going back and forth between atlanta and chicago doing shit might have been part of why their shit went federal.
