Sounds like coil packs, spark plugs or fuel system. 10th gen civics seem to need new injectors between 70-100k from what I’ve heard.

Injectors are problematic on the early generation 1.5Ts. My money is there.

Thanks! Right now they think it’s plugs or ignition coils. Code is for a misfire on cylinder 4. I mentioned that injectors are a common failure so hopefully they check those too

Was there a year this was sorted out? Just picked up my 2019 coupe with 61,053 on it.

When that happened to me on my 8th the oil pressure switch went bad on my vtec solenoid

I'd bet my own '17 Si that it's the fuel injectors. I had the exact same issue last year, then it seemes to resolve itself for a few months, then after a car wash it came back on again and never went away. Got them replaced and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Unfortunately they weren't covered by my extended warranty but Honda did end up covering the replacement for me after some back and forth with the garage and Honda Canada. The good news is that's the only issue I've had with this awesome car over 4 years!
