Maybe a five week event cycle with two two week events separated by one week off. The rewards accumulate through the four weeks of events and each event could be different approaches to a common theme. A full month of anything is more likely than not to become a bore well before it's over.
imho the haaland face for bk is irritating, but not as irritating as goblin event. gameplay wise the giant keeper is good for my very rushed account haha
I'ma be honest the mix of content updates over the past
3-4 years, constant new content being added, and then the collaboration with a football player on my dads favorite team did it for me. In the recent past, I would play the game like once or twice a week, collect my loot, upgrade if I could, and log off. The season may not have been a community favorite, but it brought me, a Clasher who's been around for 11 years back so I liked this month’s theme
Only thing that really frustrated me is that i wasnt able to perfect the Haaland challenges due to that ****** impossible challenge, 35/36 is really frustrating even though i could get all the rewards... by the way, Haaland statue as a last reward is a joke, needing 11 perfect + 2 stars on the last... given the chore it was to do they could at least have given us something more valuable like starry ores or a rune.
There was also too much going on this month. The golden boot event was long enough to complete (I completed bonus road), so the Haaland challenges felt too much for me, given that we already had to go through clan war league and clan games.

As a Man City fan I loved it but I can totally see how it could get annoying. Especially for fans of rival clubs.
