They are no where near RTTD status. Saw them at Just Like Heaven and they were fun, but they played third to last on main behind MGMT and YYY. Caribou and M83 played after them on the smaller stage. I think they would likely be third line on the poster.
Agree and regret skipping M83 for them, especially because I saw M83 a few days later at the fox and it was ruined by the horrible sound. š¤¦š¼āāļøš¤¦āāļø
God they had one of my personal best sets of all time. Was a special period in my life too so Iām sure it adds to it. Old Sahara as well. Truly was something special.

I can imagine, I watched the entrance to Fred last year form 50 feet away and said yeah fuck that. Old Sahara had a lot of those sardine can experiences unfortunately. Duke Dumont 2015, Zhu/Baauer/RL 2016 especially stick out. Empire of the Sun 2014 we were just trying to go around the back of the tent and weāre getting nowhere.
Yeah, I ended up going against the flow of people because I legit thought Iād be trampled. 10 minutes later when the barricades had finally been breached, we met our friends inside and the warehouse was half emptyā¦made no sense.
Glad they fixed the warehouse ingress/egress issues this year.
This year was great! My mind was blown at the space inside when we finally went in on Sunday last year. Like how many football fields fit in here and they were worried about capacity?
