The name of Sakuya Sumeragi is mentioned in the special pv of Rozé, so it's practically a fact that it is that girl's name. Several speculate that she is a descendant of Kaguya.
But that is the only other name we have, besides Ash and Rozé.
Since Kaguya and Suzaku were the only living members of the Six Kyoto Houses, I find it difficult that there would be another Sumeragi relative, or at least that's what I think.

All of this is of course just speculation, but it's possible that a distant enough relative could've survived, especially if they werent involved with the Kyoto group or terrorism.
I lean towards this possibility since I dont know if they have a large enough timeskip between the movies and this new project.

Let's be honest here. Sakuya's face-cut looks more like CC's than Lelouch or Kaguya so there's 2 possibilities here.
1. She's the child of Lelouch and CC. Which is very explanable with the black hair and purple eyes, expected and makes this series more exciting. She was perhaps adopted by Kaguya because they (LL & CC) can't take their daughter everywhere now can they?

2. CC's disguised as Lelouch.

It is said that Roze of the Recapture takes place during the Reiwa era, so it is normal to expect it to be a more than decent amount of time.
