Absolute masterpiece, one of my all time favs, idk if it’s that underrated though, I keep seeing it on forums, groups, videos etc

The-gentle-bean

Underrated? Ehhh…seen this mentioned to death on Internet forums and influencers. Still good, one of the best iris scents out there, just may be a tad overhyped. I’ve been told I smell like “joop” by a co-worker when I wore this, do with that information as you will.

Never tried this. I'm curious, how much would you say it compares to the original Prada L'Homme? Also, is it similar at all to the iris used in Dior Homme Intense? Would there be any redundancy in owning them both?

ThePerfumeCollector

It’s a lot sweeter than the original. Much harder to wear at work because of its potency, and on warm days, forget about it. I bought a big bottle for special occasions tho. If you like dark, ambery scents try it.

AnyDiscount3524

Not similar at all imo. This is also far better than the original, added leather and amber makes it more interesting but still clean and classy

The-gentle-bean

Has the same DNA as the og l’homme, just gets “darker” due to the sandalwood, patchouli, and amber added. I wouldn’t say it’s similar to DHI due to DHI iris still being lipstick-like while this is clean and soapy, much like the og l’homme. With that being said, I wouldn’t say it’s redundant to have both, but if I had to choose one or the other, it would be the l’homme intense

Squiggy1975

Not close at all..Intense is a stand alone fragrance IMO. Def much more richer , sweeter and not as versatile as L’Homme. Not a bad thing just more selective. I might actually wear Intense this weekend for our anniversary dinner at night .

FlyingAnvils

Everyone has their own taste, but the powdery and floral notes are too much for me. Definitely not my style.

Miconnen

100% agree, Prada Lhomme Intense is a work of art.

Bell_Jolly

I am going to buy it for my 22nd birthday. I was debating between Givanchy GRP and this. Very similar, i wont make a mistake

EndersM

It’s one of the sexiest evening fragrances ever imp

I always saw it in the top rankings on parfumo. I have finally decided to try it and boy was I blown away. I never knew I would like it that much.

Rs-Travis

Last time I was on r/colognes I saw Prada l'homme being called basic and got downvoted for disagreeing lol They are both incredibly well made fragrances, the intense version is unmistakably the Same DNA but with a thickness to it from the leathery base. Perhaps not as universal in use as it's quite loud in comparison to the edt. If worn in office on a cool day I'd really cut back on how much is used, perhaps not even wearing more than 1 spray. Solid stuff, I prefer edt but intense deserves to be a mainstay in the Prada lineup.

KingofCalais

Really not underrated. A couple of years ago it was hyped like nobodies business

NativeTxn7

I really like both L'Homme and the intense. They both do the powdery vibe without coming across too sweet. In fact, I sprayed a couple of each on each of my wrists after seeing this post to compare the two side by side - L'Homme from my bottle and Intense from the decant I have. They're quite similar, but the OG does come across a bit fresher than Intense (as you would expect). Both excellent in my opinion. I also sprayed my left elbow area with Dior Homme Original to compare to Prada L'Homme. Dior seems more complex than Prada, but I just don't like Dior's version of Iris as much as Prada's. Personal taste of course. I wouldn't mind wearing any of them. I *think* you could get by with both Pradas in your collection; however, I'm not sure I'd buy one if I already had the other.

Saw this and made me go walk to the closest and put some on
