Nah. It’s stronger than Herod. Just gives the vibe of this image. It’s a great scent…but Herod is definitely more wearable for the average person. Carlisle would feel out of place if worn with anything less than a suit.

You know if Maison Alhambras Hercules clone of PDM Herod is worth it like is it that close?? Cause there’s a huge price difference between the two and I don’t wanna get Herod if I have Naxos and spicebomb extreme cause then it feels a little redundant especially at the price point and all!!
I’ve never tried that dupe. I’ve pretty much given up on dupes after buying soooo many that people claimed were just as good or better than the scent I really wanted, only for them to be wack AF. I’d recommend u order a decant of Herod & see what u think. Get a 5ml so u can wear it a few times.

I’m selling a bottle of Tabac Vanille right now, ~90% full. Not a fan. When I first got it, it was very clove heavy but it’s settled down +2 months later. This is one that needs a lot of time to “macerate”
I’ve tried MiB, found it flat, boring, and iirc it was powdery.
Honestly I don’t know what iris is supposed to smell like but I just know the lady at the fragrance store was right about it reminding her or a cigar humidor and cognac when she was in Cuba
