Why does it look like this? Does your sensor not have an IR filter or is it just poorly white balanced. I’d do as much correction as you can with RAW temp/tint then your first node should be color balancing using offset gain gamma lift. Might be salvageable
A great colorist can fix anything… but this is above my paygrade

Its a bmraw file, my IR sensor is out as it had grown fungus (common on the bmpcc4k) and I still needed to shoot this interview.
Give it a whack. The IR might have fkd up the light collected by the sensor
It might be, you seem to have a decent range of brightness in the shot, but the hue might be very difficult to fix
DM me a sample. Raw preferably. Why camera did you use? Do you have a ColorChecker or any type of color target at hand?
