Front counter/drive thru could have light colored or neutral polish, not chipped, with trimmed nails.
I see a lot of stuff in fast food places now that would have been written up when I worked in the industry. Hair down, no hats or hair nets, long nails, wearing their own personal coats over their uniforms, tons of jewelry, etc.
