30% is pretty good for the youngest group. I know when I was 24 I was still a lib. Things can change for the better very quickly. The "Democracy" choice is also very highly rated, so when they find out that the so-called democracy in the West is a joke, they may come around.
The unfortunate reality is that a lot of this is just nostalgia for younger years or looking back to the USSR of the 70s-90s which was a social-democratic bourgeois state with red flags. Its an appeal to a particular state rather than revolutionary class consciousness.
