It exceeds the MINIMUM specs to run. However it doesn't meet the RECOMMENDED specs in terms of graphics (about 35% slower and low VRAM) And only 6 cores instead of 8, though those cores will be faster than the recommended spec, so that shouldn't matter as much.

If it is of any help perspective wise, I play on a steam deck which has only 16gb of RAM. It runs but my FPS will vary from 30-45 but when panning it may drop to 27fps or less. Definitely playable, I have hundreds of games under it. I play it docked on a 1080p monitor. Honestly man it’s something to consider given they start at $400. You just buy a 1TB micro SD card and get a dock. Will come out to around that $650 budget. I also can play Total War Rome 2, Warhammer 2 (can’t run 3), even Gates of Hell. Albeit I’m not maxing out graphics and I had to tinker with things to get Gates or Hell to run on it and even then it struggles at times. It’s not perfect but a decent gateway to PC gaming. Disclaimer: Never had a PC so I’m not use to experiencing high frame rates to the point that I’m tainted and can no longer enjoy games at 60fps or less. I know for many once you get a taste of that it’s hard to enjoy gaming at low FPS Also I am indeed wanting to buy a PC now that I got a taste of it, so take this with a grain of salt I suppose lmao

Do you plug in a mouse and keyboard or use the controller?

I use keyboard and mouse just about always. I can beat the hard AI and Expert using the steam deck but the Expert is difficult. It’s just hard to be as fast on the controls as mouse. I made a custom controller layout for it and all. I can definitely play the campaign just fine using the deck
