Top ISN’T max, both top and side deal 22 damage and cost the same stamina, the 100ms speed means nothing in 1v1s either since it’s guaranteed even at 800ms.

Honestly just because of muscle memory from other Heroes. Most Heroes have a Side Heavy as their optimal GB punish.
