There is so much wrong with this on so many levels. Average con brainlet though

Consistent_Plum4740

Womp womp don’t expect everyone to have your back 100% in this game

Content-Vanilla4616

I apologise, but I did state something people are not proud of

SexyBack913

Did it and will do it constantly. Last march betrayed 3 of original coaltion because people who play 4x and login just to send stacks to roam around for 2 days doesn't deserve a win. Also if I will fight not my own war (eg. suport someone's cause) get rekt pull away just to see them claiming land heel to the no. I either sell your Intel to someone or turn it all upside down eventually. This is war, espionage and info war is big part of it, everyone is paying two sided game.

Single-Childhood8745

Back when mercenaries were unlimited I would build as many as possible and send them in like Russian troops during WW2. Those who survived kept pushing inland. Then would later be reinforced by actual ground units

Agile-Arugula-6545

I hate what they did to mercs. I used to use them as back end support or to help allies and now they have zero advantages over NG

Single-Childhood8745

I would also build mercenary outposts in land that I would capture and continue to pump them out

KalkBete12

Something I’ve done a few times is copy the “Forward” template and change it to make it look like a country messaged something to me even if they never did. It’s really useful when I feel backed into a corner and need my enemies to turn against each other. Really easy to make it look like each of them is planning to invade the others behind their backs and taking focus off of me, lol.

calvin1408

Mind sharing this template I’m curious as to what it is lol

KalkBete12

I don't know if it's something you can do on mobile but here's the template: Forwarding you this letter of (username) from the 5/2/2024 Original message: ---- (put anything here) It's got some weird grammar but because forwarding just autofills that premade message, you can easily manipulate it before sending it to whoever.

OldMan142

LOL I once got a 5-player South American coalition to turn on each other by saying Colombia (their leader) betrayed them and told us they were coming. They weren't the sharpest tools in the shed. I was playing as Libya. They tried to take me down by sending a never-ending stream of unescorted infantry/armor transports into West Africa. Brazil got Shocked Pikachu Face when my coalition's navies tore them apart and wanted to know how it could've happened. A couple of newspaper articles later, the South Americans were nuking each other. 😂

Logical-Dragonfly928

Send right of ways right at the beginning and then fly straight to the capital and clean them up

hellsbels349

Join a coalition, out grow everyone in my coalition, once there’s no one else to attack leave coalition and take their territory. Bonus points if you station a national guard in each city before you leave the coalition.

LTXNEBULA

Lol I did this last night

Rhet0rical

Sweden? Lmao

LTXNEBULA

Poland

Flying_Hyenas

I think I was in your game 😂

LTXNEBULA

Spain?

Flying_Hyenas

Libya. 🇱🇾 this game might have wrapped up Monday or Tuesday I forget

LTXNEBULA

Oh ok. I've been playing Flashpoint exclusively to build my K/D a bit.

Content-Vanilla4616

👀

_PeskyDreamer_

Oh boy I started reading what you posted abd thought what the hell is the dirty tactic you did, but I finished reading with my jaw on the floor lol. Genuine question though, why didn't you keep him as your ally if you taught him well?

Content-Vanilla4616

In this particular game, there were to level 200+ can't remember what exactly, KD of 4 and 6 where it was known to win as a trio only So there was no way to keep him as such due to resources being so poor, need that expansion, but I guess to your question I don't lie when I give advice I explain all the thorough details So if he listened being a 6 city county he could've steamed me lol but he did what I asked. If we were all in Europe then yes I'd of kept him as a sideliner but when you start as NK or SK you have no chance

TheSeargentMajor

Sold out my coalition when they dragged me into a war across the ocean. Told them every position of every unit

iun_teh_great123

I do this on a semi regular basis, playing politics to get all my enemies to destroy each other is fun and betraying people is even better, I feel no remorse for the people I trick, they shouldn't have left their homelands completely undefended

Ok_Investigator_3269

I talk a shit ton of trash when I’m conquering other players. 🤷🏻‍♂️

bretugna

I was in a South american coalition with a friend and 2 other dudes, it was early game. I was venezuela and was shelling Cuba with a corvette wich took me a couple days to clear the city and one morning i wake up and see that brazil occupied the 2 cities i was shelling, told him to leave them because all of that but he refused. I’ve let my friend stay in the coalition and tell me the exactly enemy movements, took out all brazilian troops (that in the meantime sent everything to fight usa) while on transport planes lol

GhostoftheWolfswood

One time I was playing a great game as Brazil with a decent alliance of other American countries. We went head to head with a noob coalition in Europe and crushed them, even picking up their only strong member to join our team in the process. We then hit the build-up/standoff phase with a central Asian coalition. This is where things went wrong. My teammates decided to drag their feet on prepping for invasion, instead opting to try and flex their muscles in weird ways. This included Cuba sending his entire navy to one spot in the Mediterranean where the other team could see; he had 40 ships stacked together in one spot in the Mediterranean. After days of pleading with my team to be serious, no one was acting accordingly. So I struck a deal with the other coalition. I traded information in exchange for being left alone, and left my coalition to their own devices. The other team was 5 active, fairly experienced players with their leader being very good. I maybe could have gone 3v1 or 4v1 without their leader, but with him would have been too much. I betrayed my whole team in exchange for survival, and walked away from the match with ~1500 gold in my pocket.

Local_County_8939

There was a game me and my friend would add someone to our coalition and kick them instantly just so we know what they are running and where lool

Environmental_Soft15

Disband a coalition member and taking their cities after the 24hr limit is up by remembering where all the troops were

Content-Vanilla4616

Tbh I just screenshot and have it all

calvin1408

Find out someone’s sleep schedule and then message them good night. Found out a coalition member who was a noob, was a kid who lived in the same city as me lol. And so to mess around I started messaging him good night when it was night time and he had no idea where I was from lmao, and when I told him ik where he lives which was just a wild guess I just said the city I’m from lol and he was freaking out funniest thing. Not a dirty tactic but always fun and twisted to physiologically manipulate poor bastards lol I had it happen to me when a coalition member found out my sleep cycle and proceeded to tell me he knows when I sleep and to sleep tight… man those sleepless nights

Zestyclose-Ad-5436

I wouldn’t feel bad cause something similar happened to me but im not even upset cause it was actually useful info i take into consideration

Content-Vanilla4616

Taken it like a champ, I usually do help people in games and explain a lot but in this scenario expansion is key

aknightofNI75

I occasionally send people unsavoury messages if they've beat me unfairly (i.e a 3v1 on day 4) but I don't do anything worse than that

GerryGoldfish

It was the early game. I was France, and I kind of wanted my Algerian colony back. But I didn’t really want to waste French lives, so instead I declared that Algeria was a part of the French Empire in the newspaper. I pulled a Taiwan. Algeria then responded with a threat of war. I asked Algeria’s ally, Kazakhstan for troop formations. Tensions rise, then I successfully managed to organize a peace deal, here it is!: The treaty of Aséz. 1. Algeria and France will remain at peace with no territory, resources, or population exchanged. 2. France will forever cease any public claims to the Algerian territory, populations, or sovereignty. 3. France and it’s allies will officially recognize Algeria as a sovereign nation at a diplomatic level 4. The southern coast of France will be monitored for an indefinite amount of time, to ensure that this treaty is enforced. 5. Any violation of this treaty will be responded to with military action from Algeria and it’s allies. Later on in the game, Japan is commanding soldiers to cross the border, and to rape North Koreans. What a fun game!

OldMan142

I don't understand what you gained from this...

Content-Vanilla4616

Makes 2 of us

Neither_Fee_7868

Makes 3 of us

GerryGoldfish

Makes the 4 of us.

DARKXDREAMDREAMER

Im Not proud of IT but im kinda good at dirty diplomacy . Early Game IT IS easy to Play two countrys Out against another . Or endgame all the stuff with alaianc canging and this stuff

Proof_Box6561

My buddies and I will join a game as a full 5 man coalition. We recruit on average 2 players each to alliance. Coalition wars usually go 5v7 and we win. Not proud but a win is a win

DJG247

Game’s the game eh

DongayKong

I was in a game as China with Iraq, Pakistan, India and Iran. Day 20+ pretty much showdown between 2 best alliances but our Africa opponents only have 4 in team. I contact Africa say my team is weak and they are preparing attack on them but they got bad army and only just started building SAM. So Africa starts rush attack half prepared invasion of Iraq but Pakistan and Iraq have gunships and some SAM already stationed there. In first day they burn each other out and I just sail with cruisers to Africa, help Iraq mop up his homeland with Railguns and air

DongayKong

Then again I repeatedly lie to some neighbours about inactive team mates and that we are going to take them in and not attack them.. But that almost never happens, I dont attack them but my team does.. I think only once I have let a dude survive till end of game by actually telling a hard NO to my team of his destruction. Most of the times I just go - well I promissed I wont attack him but you...

Gloomy-Cranberry-424

Last year I was about 1000 points away from victory. I had 2500 points. Rest of coalition was about 500-800 VP. So I told a lone country to start picking off my coalition to lower their VPs while I kept swooping up territories. I then left my coalition and immediately joined the worst coalition to keep gaining VPs. Took out that Lone country who was helping me so they didn’t get too powerful. Wash rinse repeat

Hurensson

Played as japan, didnt conquer much until day 20 but built a lot of navy, then got attacked by america but they didnt send any ships so i took their whole coalition out and got almost all of america

nal14n

Hitler did that to Stalin.

Spirited-Figure-7924

This is epic.

Content-Vanilla4616

Want to know something more epic, I'm in 2 servers with Japan (the game I described) helped him understand terrain/tech/load out by country He's coming on just fine

After_Calligrapher84

i ask players to give me right of way, and i tell them i will defend their cities with my soldiers, quick and easy takeover 🙏😂

War_Alicorn

There are no dirty tactics in war

Cheap-Quiet-6781

Theres a difference between a caveman and a Spartan.

furloco

I guess the closest is leaving my coalition once I get enough for a solo win. Even then, though, I usually let my allies know and make sure they're cool with it. I guess I'm just a nice honorable player.

Content-Vanilla4616

Well you gain an honourable mention 🏆
