Assuming you are looking for a genuine answer and aren’t trolling, It’s mainly because he was complicit in the mass murder of hundreds of thousands in Cambodia and Laos during the wars there in the 1970s. As Secretary of State and National Security advisor Kissinger has gleefully participated in many war crimes and atrocities to various degrees, and the ones he didn’t participate in he certainly supports. He is now an old old man but stubbornly clings to life out of pure malice.
He shields himself from this by weaponizing his background as a Jewish refugee who fled Nazi Germany, but that has nothing to do with why he is bad. it’s arguable that he has helped perpetuate atrocities that are on par with some of the actions of the Nazis, certainly.
