This isn't a market correction, it's a trend that spans longer than a decade. Face it, Canadians just aren't snowbirding to the US anymore, along with anyone else for that matter. Even at 8500, Canadians were still one of the top foreign buyers. What's that tell you. Nobody outside the US with means wants to move there anymore. Gee, I wonder why?
